She talks about dating as a recognizable person, where every potential partner has already seen her describe her ex-husband's anatomy on Netflix. The bit works because Wong doesn't try to make the divorce sound empowering or tragic. It's both, and neither, and mostly just complicated. She treats her own life change with the same analytical eye she brings to everything else: unflinching, specific, and funny enough to make the audience forget they're listening to someone process genuine pain.
