Bill Burr

Bill Burr (born 1968) is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and podcaster who has become one of the most successful and respected comedians of his generation. His Monday Morning Podcast, which he's hosted since 2007, helped pioneer the comedian podcast format.

Burr's comedy is characterized by righteous anger delivered with a working-class Boston sensibility. He tackles subjects other comedians avoid—gender dynamics, race, religion, politics—with a "I know this is going to get me in trouble but I'm saying it anyway" energy that audiences find both thrilling and cathartic.
