Jaywalking Arrest

In 2017, Buress was arrested in Miami for jaywalking. Jaywalking. The charge—disorderly intoxication—came after he questioned why he was being stopped for crossing the street, which is the kind of escalation that only happens when authority meets someone who asks "why" with genuine curiosity.
