Pickle Juice
Buress discovers that pickle juice is supposedly a hangover cure. Being Buress, he doesn't just try it—he goes to a store and attempts to buy pickle juice by itself. Not pickles. Just the juice.
The bit follows his attempts to explain this purchase to increasingly confused store employees, friends, and eventually a date. Each person reacts as though Buress has revealed something deeply wrong about himself, and his deadpan insistence that this is perfectly normal only makes it worse.
What starts as a simple premise becomes a meditation on the arbitrary line between acceptable and unacceptable behavior. Why is drinking pickle brine from a jar weird but drinking it alongside pickles normal? Buress doesn't have an answer, but the question itself—delivered with his signature blank-faced sincerity—is enough.
